Scope. This Policy covers the public marketing website and inquiry flows. Paid product use, customer data processing, and telephony integrations are governed by your separate Onepath subscription / order form and any Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Those commercial terms control if they conflict with this Policy.
1. Who we are
Onepath provides AI Lead Manager software and related services for home service businesses. Contact: hello@onepath.ai · (737) 260-7376 · Austin, TX, United States.
2. Information we collect
- Contact & discovery data you submit (name, work email, phone, company, trade, lead-volume notes, ROI calculator inputs you choose to share).
- Usage & device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and referral URL — via essential logs and, if you Accept all, analytics cookies.
- Communication records when you email or call us, or book a discovery session through a third-party scheduler we link to.
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. See Section 9 (PCI) and our Legal Notices.
3. How we use information
- Respond to discovery and sales inquiries and schedule demos.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site (including fraud prevention).
- Measure Site performance when analytics consent is granted.
- Send service-related or marketing messages where permitted by law (you may opt out).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) — A2P 10DLC
Onepath may send recurring SMS related to discovery scheduling, product updates you request, and account or service notices when you opt in. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-in happens only through an unchecked SMS consent control on forms that collect a phone number (or an equivalent clear affirmative action). Full program rules: Terms of Service.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected for text messaging will not be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers may be disclosed only to messaging providers that deliver the texts you requested on our behalf, or when required by law.
5. Cookies & similar technologies
We use essential cookies to remember consent and keep the Site secure. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage stay denied until you opt in. For US visitors we follow the US opt-out model: analytics may run by default, and choosing Essential only (or sending a GPC signal) turns non-essential storage off. Your choice is saved and re-applied before any tags fire on return visits. Manage choices anytime via Privacy choices or by clearing site data. See the Cookie Notice.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics if consented, email/scheduling tools) under contract.
- Professional advisors and affiliates assisting our business operations.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor entity in a merger, financing, or sale of assets (with notice where required).
7. Your privacy choices (US state privacy rights)
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. This section explains those rights and exactly how to exercise them. Last updated: July 20, 2026.
7.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
In the preceding 12 months we collected the following categories of personal information on this Site, from the tools actually in use here:
- Identifiers and contact data (name, work email, phone, company) — collected directly from you via the discovery/contact form and email, used to respond to your inquiry.
- Internet / device activity (IP address, pages viewed, browser, referral URL) — collected via server logs and, subject to your consent state, Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager.
- Scheduling data you enter in the Calendly discovery scheduler (name, email, meeting preferences), handled under Calendly’s terms as our service provider.
- SMS opt-in data (mobile number, consent record) if you check the SMS consent box — see Section 4.
Selling and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Analytics and advertising cookies could constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as the CPRA defines it. You can opt out of that sharing at any time — see “How to opt out” below. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
California residents may exercise the following rights, free of charge:
- Right to know / access the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will never deny you services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
7.2 How to opt out of sale / sharing
- Click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the footer of any page (it brings you to this section), then use the Privacy choices control (bottom-left of every page) and select Essential only — this keeps analytics and advertising storage denied.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or an extension. We honor GPC automatically: when your browser sends the GPC signal, advertising storage, ad-user-data, and ad-personalization are denied on this Site without any further action from you.
- Email hello@onepath.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject, or call (737) 260-7376. We will verify your request (typically by matching the email address you contacted us from) and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.
7.3 Other US states
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise equivalent access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights through the same channels above. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response email with “Appeal” in the subject line.
8. Retention & security
We retain inquiry data as long as needed for the purposes above, legal retention, or dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a marketing site. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
9. Payment card data (PCI)
This Site does not collect, transmit, or store payment card numbers, CVV codes, or full magnetic-stripe / chip data. Subscription billing, if any, is handled offline or through PCI DSS–compliant processors under a separate commercial agreement — never through the public marketing forms on this Site. Do not email card numbers to us.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is directed to business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have received such data.
11. International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the US, which may have different data-protection rules.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page when practical.
