1. Entity & contact
Site operator: Onepath (“Onepath”). Notices: hello@onepath.ai. Governing law for Site use: State of Texas. Full contract terms: Terms & Conditions.
2. No affiliation with named competitors
Compare and Learning Center pages may reference third-party products and brands (for example Avoca, Hatch, Podium, Smith.ai, Ruby, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Sameday, and others) solely for identification and fair comparison. Those names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Onepath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies unless we expressly say so in writing. Comparisons are based on publicly available positioning and typical capability baskets; product features change — verify current offerings with each vendor.
3. Forward-looking statements & proof metrics
Statistics (jobs scheduled, calls handled, setup windows), testimonials, and roadmap / release notes describe historical or illustrative experience and are not guarantees of future performance for your business. Methodology notes appear where claims are shown.
4. PCI DSS / payment card notice
Onepath’s public marketing Site is designed so that no payment card data is entered, stored, or processed in Site forms. We do not request PAN, CVV, PIN, or track data via web forms or email. Any paid subscription billing occurs under a separate agreement using PCI DSS–compliant processors or invoicing. If you receive a request purporting to be from Onepath asking for card details by email or chat on this Site, treat it as suspicious and contact hello@onepath.ai.
5. TCPA / A2P messaging
Onepath Site program: When we text Site visitors who opt in, we follow the Terms of Service (A2P 10DLC language, STOP/HELP, no sale of mobile numbers for third-party marketing). See also Privacy § SMS.
Customer responsibility: If you become a Onepath customer, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required consents for SMS, voice, and recording in your jurisdictions, and for your own brand/campaign registration where carriers require it. Site marketing content and auto-generated contractor compliance pages do not certify your compliance program by themselves.
6. DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@onepath.ai with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good-faith statement; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
7. Trademark notice
“Onepath,” “AI Lead Manager” as used in our branding, and related marks and logos are trademarks or service marks of Onepath or its licensors. All other marks are the property of their owners.
8. Accessibility
Our accessibility commitment and feedback channel are described in the Accessibility Statement.
